Affiliate Program

We're no fools, being a Box Owner is tough. You're stretched as thin as possible with way too much to worry about - coaches, payroll, programming, member engagement, marketing, the list goes on and on. So, while retail is important, you have WAY MORE important things to tackle. That's why we designed our Affiliate Program with you, the busy Box Owner, in mind. 

Retail focused

  1. Work with us to determine what gear you want for your box. Shirts, tanks, shorts, tights, sweats, sweatshirts, etc. 
  2. We put your gear on a custom page on our website with retail prices.
  3. You share the page with your members. Typically we recommend a 2-week pre-order timeframe with order deadline.
  4. Your gear goes into production after the order deadline. There is a minimum quantity of 12 units for each design.
  5. We either ship directly to your members or we ship in bulk to your box.
  6. You receive 20% commission of sales.

Wholesale focused

  1. Work with us to determine what gear you want for your box. Shirts, tanks, shorts, tights, sweats, sweatshirts, etc. 
  2. You order from us with wholesale pricing.
  3. You sell to your members at retail pricing.

Common questions

  • Can I do both the retail and wholesale focused program?
    • Yes! In fact that's our most common model. Many gym owners purchase some of the custom gear at wholesale to have a small stock at the box while also having their members order at retail from the custom store on our website. You receive a commission of the retail sales (not the wholesale sales).
  • What commission percentage do I receive on the retail sales?
    • 20% of net sales
  • Are there minimum quantity requirements?
    • Yes. We require a minimum quantity of 12 units per design. If a particular design is in 2 colors, that is 2 design. A design is color-specific.
  • Do you offer custom design services?
    • We offer light design services for a one-time $75 design fee. If you have a design in mind we can work with you to digitize it. Real life mockups will be provided and 3 design updates are included. After 3 design updates are provided, $25 per design is required after that.
  • What's the turnaround time?
    • Our typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks after the pre-order deadline. However, after the initial order, if you want your members to still have the option to order more gear from the website, typical turnaround time is 4-5 days.
