@smallmahl - I've been working on doubles every day for the past two weeks. Today I did 33 in a row!

@filz_adam - PR with a sub 3 minute Fran at 2:38! Everything unbroken just need to get faster at thrusters! 

@brookehalliburton - Had a new member start at the gym today. I remembered being her and scared to death when "Athletes Go" was yelled and the timer started. After I finished my WOD she was still going, and once again remembering I was her, I jumped back in and did an extra round with her. CrossFit is about community and that is why I love it! 

@slo_tech - Last week I got my first bar muscle up. PRd my deadlift. And got engaged (in the box after a workout that I crushed!)  

@linny.marie - I struggle with anxiety and major depression so some days it's hard for me to get out of bed and go through life let alone go to my box and perform at an elite level. Today it was a struggle to get there and do the workout but I want to live the Motto #greaterthanyesterday each day so I pushed myself. I didn't have the best time or most reps on the Whiteboard, but I was my own #boxstar!
